Ken Lauguico, posted this video that highlights a wedding he shot using the CAME-7500 and CAME-Single 3-axis gimbals. He used two different DSLR cameras, the Canon 6D and the Canon 5Dmkii.
The video has a ton of great tracking shots that follow the bride and the groom as they both get ready for the ceremony. The CAME-Single is a great one handed gimbal that provides extremely steady footage because of the brushless motors with the new encoder technology. The CAME-Single is great for cameras like the Sony A7sii, Panasonic GH4 or the BMPCC.
Although, the CAME-7500 is no longer available, the CAME-7800 is an upgraded version of the 7500 gimbal and is tool-less. For more information on the CAME-Single or the CAME-7800 click below! The CAME-Single is a 3-axis 32-bit basecam controlled gimbal that offers brushless motors with encoders. The batteries for the CAME-Single are now completely internal and on a full charge can last about 20 hours. The large frame gives the shooter the ability to fully tilt up and down without the camera hitting the gimbal. With a 1.2kg max payload, the CAME-Single is perfect for your mirror-less cameras like the Sony A7s, Panasonic GH4 or the BMPCC.
Thevideomode.com, posted a detailed article about the CAME-Single and the experiences they had with it. In the video, he demos the CAME-Single with his BMPCC and Lumix 7-14mm kens. In addition to the article, they also uploaded a video review and shot a quick test film that was shot entirely with the CAME-Single. Make sure you check out the full article here!
The CAME-Single is a 3-axis handheld gimbal that has encoders built into the brushless motors. The new updated version has internal batteries, which increases the battery life for up to 20 hours. The CAME-Single Gimbal is designed to hold small mirror-less cameras like the GH4, A7s or the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera.
Vimeo user, De Rienzo Films, went out to Trafalgar Square in London and grabbed some shots with his Panasonic GH3 with a 14mm pancake lens balanced on a CAME-Single 3-Axis Gimbal.
The CAME-Single is a handheld gimbal that is made for smaller cameras like the Sony A7s, BMPCC or the Panasonic GH3/GH4. The brushless motors with encoders, prevent the motors from being out of sync and can give you detailed information about the frame and the angle of your camera. The internal rechargeable batteries are fitted inside the handle of the CAME-Single itself, making it easier to plug-in and charge.
Premini, recently uploaded his first CAME-Mini 2 Gimbal test on Vimeo! No post stabilization was added and he did a quick color grade. He filmed the whole thing with a BMPCC + a Kern Paillard Switar 10mm lens.
The CAME-Mini 2 is a tool-less 3-axis gimbal that is built to work with lightweight cameras. All of the wiring is enclosed in the frame itself, making sure that the wiring doesn't get damaged while it's being used. The Mini 2 is completely powered by four 18650 rechargeable batteries that you insert into the gimbals horizontal cross bar.
Vimeo user, Dieter Knüttel, uploaded this three part CAME-Single review. The first part is an overview and an unboxing, the second is a driving test and the third is labeled "Action Scenes" where he shows how the CAME-Single handles during some running situations.
