I am obsessed with keeping things as small as possible these days but I still opt to keep the handgrip on for another area to grab the rig and more room to add a monitor and audio gear. I also like that it brings the camera to my eye level while allowing my arms to rest comfortably at my sides. I attach the remote via a few strategically placed Velcro cable ties. Also using a ribbon HDMI cord for maximum balance. Someone should add just a little more protection to the plugs but for now a plastic sleeve helps! So light weight yet stabilization is very smooth. The Boltzen 55 Watt Video Light shares the exact same housing as our Boltzen 30w Fresnel with the exception of a built in cooling fan to dissipate the extra heat. Our fan is barely audible at a distance of 1 meter. The CAME-TV Boltzen 55w Fresnel Video Light can be powered from AC (with included power adapter), NP Series battery or V-Mount battery via the included V-Mount adapter cable providing convenient use on set and on location.

The Optimus model features encoders and allows for one hand operation, but with all of the controls and battery now relocated outside of the handle, the single handle can be changed to Dual Handles depending on the camera operator's requirement. All motors rotate a full 360 degrees without limitation for greater range and flexibility during operation.
