Newshooter.com, passed by our booth at the recent IBC 2016 show and had a quick chat with us about the new Adapter Plate for the CAME-Optimus gimbal!

With the new Adapter Plate, you can mount your CAME Optimus to a Tripod, Crane, Slider, Jib, Car Mount, Video Car, etc.  There are ¼-20 and ⅜-16 threaded holes on the center line that provide various mounting options. Now you can go mount your gimbal on almost anything.

MrCheesycam, uploaded this quick informative video on how to properly balance our CAME-Optimus gimbal! The camera he used in the video was the Panasonic GH4 with the Lumix 7-14mm lens.

The Optimus model features encoders and allows for one hand operation, but with the controls and battery now relocated outside of the handle, the single handle can be changed to dual handles. Another exciting feature is that all the motors on the Optimus can rotate a full 360 degrees without limitation for greater range and flexibility during operation.
