MrCheesycam, uploaded this quick informative video on how to properly balance our CAME-Optimus gimbal! The camera he used in the video was the Panasonic GH4 with the Lumix 7-14mm lens.
The Optimus model features encoders and allows for one hand operation, but with the controls and battery now relocated outside of the handle, the single handle can be changed to dual handles. Another exciting feature is that all the motors on the Optimus can rotate a full 360 degrees without limitation for greater range and flexibility during operation.

Dieter, does state in the description of the video that the shaky part at 0:52 seconds is due to his hand touching the seat and not a caused by the Optimus.
The CAME-Optimus is the successor to our very successful CAME-Single gimbal. The Optimus model also features encoders and allows for one hand operation, but with all of the controls and battery now relocated outside of the handle, the single handle can be changed to Dual Handles depending on the camera operator's requirement. The CAME Optimus has a new frame design, which allows the gimbal to be operated completely inverted or underslung. The single handle has a built in Joystick, but the Optimus will also include a wireless Joystick Remote and on a single charge the Optimus can run up to 10 hours. All the motors on the Optimus can rotate a full 360º without any limitation, giving the gimbal greater range and flexibility.

Slashcam, states in the video that no post-stabilization was used and that he had to use a Fader ND filter. The CAME-Single works as a great portable 3-axis gimbal that can easily be balanced and carried around. The Dual Gimbal Handles that now come with the Single, provide gimbal operators smooth camera panning and tilt motions. The tool-less adjustment of the handles provide easy configuration and can even act as a stand when the handles are positioned right angled to the cross bar.
