Vimeo user, Stephane Kiss uploaded this short montage video that shows some of the highlights from last years "Burning Man" event. It was filmed with the CAME-Mini 2 gimbal paired with the Sony A7sII! Stephane, used multiple lenses to shoot the video - The Sony 35mm f1.4, Sony 24-70mm f4 & Sony 10-18mm.
The Mini 2 is completely tool-less, which will make it easier for you to balance your camera or to make minor adjustments. The max payload the CAME-Mini 2 can handle is 2.6 lbs, making it perfect for cameras like the BMPCC, Panasonic GH4 and the Sony A7S/A7R series. The CAME-Mini 2 3-axis gimbal is an extremely portable gimbal that can easily be brought with you to different shoots.

We must first note that all CAME-TV gimbals are pre-programmed and quality-tested to function right out of the box. No additional software tuning or firmware upgrades should be necessary. However, if you would like to make minor tuning adjustments with the SimpleBGC software at your own accord- such as changing joystick speeds, decreasing motor power, etc. - we suggest that you first SAVE the gimbal's default, factory-programmed settings before making such changes.
Should something go wrong as you're making the changes, you can always revert back and load the original default profiles. And please note that the profiles that you save contain settings that are unique to your gimbal. Sharing these profiles with other gimbal owners is not advised and can make their gimbal inoperable.
And perhaps most importantly, under no circumstances do we advise upgrading your firmware. Doing so will wipe your settings and make your gimbal inoperable. The only way to potentially make it functional again would be to send it back to a CAME-TV support facility for repair (at your own cost if out of warranty).
[IMPORTANT NOTE:] Your saved Default Profile is configured to the default Firmware installed on your Gimbal. If you attempt to upgrade your firmware, the saved Default Profile will no longer be valid.
Kristoffer Davidsson, uploaded this recap video of the "Stockholm Stairs" competition that he shot with the CAME-Mini 2. He used two different cameras to film with the Mini 2: the Sony A7sII and the Sony a6300.
Compared to our original CAME-Mini 1, the Mini-2 is completely tool-less which allows the operator to change camera setups and re-balance the entire system quickly. A quick release system has been added on the Mini-2 for faster access to remove and install your camera onto the Mini-2 gimbal frame. All of the wiring and electronics are completely enclosed into the frame offering a clean professional appearance and to protect the wiring.
